Section 86
Formation of local service and appointment of staff and conditions of service
(1) The basic principles and standards related to the formation, operation, management, service conditions and facilities of local services shall be in accordance with the federal law.
(2) The formation, operation, management, conditions of service and other arrangements related to facilities of local services subject to sub-section (1) shall be in accordance with the laws made by the local level.
(3) Only candidates selected and recommended by the State Public Service Commission should be appointed to the permanent post of local service.
(4) If the federation and the state request records and details of local service employees, it shall be the duty of the local level to provide such records and details.
